We are unable to interact with an order once it has been placed. This
includes editing, adding or canceling individual items within an order
after checkout.
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via
email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original
purchasing credit card. Please keep in mind it may take 1-4 business
days for the funds to display in your account depending on your bank.
It typically takes 1-5 business days for an order to be fulfilled from
our warehouse. Once your order has been picked, packed and passed on to FedEx you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping
information.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
Poler does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customerservice@poler.com before sending the item back.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable

If you would like to make a return, you will need your order number and zip code. Please keep in mind all international sales are final.

A flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 fee will be applied to all returns. If you do not have your order number or are returning an item you received as a gift please contact us at: customerservice@poler.com.
Our exchange policy is simple: just return the items you don't want
using the normal returns process. Feel free to place a new order for
your desired product(s) at any time.
