We are unable to interact with an order once it has been placed. This
includes editing, adding or canceling individual items within an order
after checkout.

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via
email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original
purchasing credit card. Please keep in mind it may take 1-4 business
days for the funds to display in your account depending on your bank.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been picked, packed and passed on to the carrier (FedEx or USPS), you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping information.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days

Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage

If you think an item is defective, email customerservice@poler.com before sending it back. Defects are covered by our 1-year warranty.

We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.

Return shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders of $75 or less have a $7.00 flat-rate return shipping fee.

Please keep in mind all international sales are final.

Our exchange policy is simple: just return the items you don't want
using the normal returns process. Feel free to place a new order for
