Program. Poler (operated by Bipoler Enterprises LLC) sends recurring automated marketing text messages about product launches, limited releases, offers and shipping deadlines to people who opt in on poler.com.

Consent. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Poler at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email kharma.vella@poler.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We don't sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes. We may update these terms or the number we send from; we'll post changes on this page.
