To freshen them up without causing any damage, fading, or clumping please follow these tips:

◘ We recommend hand washing in cold water with a light detergent.
◘ Rinse well, being sure to remove all detergent and suds.
◘ Lay flat to let air dry, but not in direct sunlight.
◘ For a final fluff, you can throw it in the dryer on air/lowest heat for 20 minutes. Use dryer balls or a tennis balls to help prevent clumping.

Zero Customer Service

I ordered on June 18th to give as a gift on July 21st. On July 14th when it still hadn't shipped and the company had been no response to multiple inquiries from me, I wrote to tell them I no longer wanted the items and requested a refund. A week later they shipped the items. Zero communication, I finally had to dispute the charge and I'm awaiting instructions to return the items. I loved Poler products for years, but their non-responsivness paired with incredibly slow shipping has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not order Poler again.

Super Comfy with Great Bol Colors

Very cool camp accessory perfect for hanging out by the fire. Pocket storage is a nice feature and the reversible color ways keep it fresh!

The product seems to be good…. Was not happy I paid for expedited
shipping only to find out several days later it several days before it even shipped. When I contacted your company I was told there was nothing you could do. You should have at the very least refunded some of my shipping cost.
