Received it and it had a hole in the top. Contacted customer service and have heard nothing back.

Bullshit!

Why do you not post to Australia!? I used a mail forwarding service, now they are withholding my goods in Florida and charging me $250 Australian dollars to have them shipped to me! I have not and won’t even be able to access my tent that I was hoping to hike with my girlfriend over the Australian spring. I refuse to pay these pirates at the postal service. Sort out your international shipping. Why I’m earth does such a well know brand not ship to Australia? Pissed off.
